Sickret Technologies has completed the development of the Secret Cloud DRM software product to protect confidential information of any type. The project was implemented with grant support from RFRIT. The developer announced this on July 11, 2024.

The system minimizes the likelihood of data leakage when working with files within the enterprise, provides the ability to manage information access rights, regulates and protects data exchange with contractors. Secret Cloud DRM completely replaces foreign corporate file exchange systems NextCloud and FileCloud, meets international and Russian requirements for information protection, and also uses domestic protocols cryptographic for protecting data stored in the system. The total cost of the project amounted to 381.2 million rubles, the amount of the grant - 190.3 million rubles.

Secret Cloud DRM provides high-volume file exchange, including those located in various information security loops, integration with domestic information security solutions, flexibly configurable policies for checking files and user actions, as well as a detailed audit of all user and administrator actions. The Zero Trust security model ensures that information is protected from unauthorized access not only by third parties, but also by employees who serve the software product.

To do this, the system implements several mechanisms for controlling access to data using domestic cryptographic algorithms, the ability to automatically classify security tags for mandatory access mechanisms, as well as control of information leaks using means of unique documents of its own design "Sickret Technologies."
