• increased the speed of management decisions: in a few clicks, the manager can adjust the terms and directions;
• We have built a transparent process of remuneration for employees based on the results of the project - the reporting document contains ready-made calculation formulas.

As of November 2025, 20 managers work in the system. We managed to increase the team's productivity by at least 30% thanks to a timely analysis of the effectiveness of the work. The time spent collecting reports has been reduced from 1-2 days to 20 minutes. Moreover, it does not go to the formation of the document, but to selectively check its correct filling out, - said Anna Kundius, head of the project office of the Marine Trust Group of Companies.
