2016: Introduction of "Talarix Meat Processing Plant 4"

In order to separate the management and regulated accounting, organize the regulatory reference information of the enterprise as a whole and get the opportunity to analyze the results of the stages of slaughtering livestock and cutting raw materials, the production of sausage products, the management of the plant decided to introduce "TALARIX: Meat Processing Plant 4."

During the project, the customer's personnel was trained and all the main processes of the enterprise were automated:

• Procurement and slaughter of livestock;
• Preparation of raw materials;
• Multi-transfer production of semi-finished products, sausages and delicacies, as well as the movement of raw materials and materials in production;
• Sales for main and other activities;
• Procurement of raw materials, materials and services;
• Warehousing and movement of raw materials within the enterprise;
• Settlements with counterparties and partners, as well as the management of receivables and payables;
• Cash management;
• Cost calculation and accounting of enterprise costs.

Now users have the opportunity to automatically generate management reports for the enterprise, automatically generate regulated reports. Now the company calculates the raw material cost of each stage of the production process. To more accurately calculate the total cost of production, the enterprise uses many methods of allocating indirect costs, such as taking into account the coefficient of labor input, energy consumption, etc.

To assess the profitability of sales, the mill uses the capabilities of the system, which allows you to attribute business costs directly to the customer or group of customers with which these costs are associated.
