2015: Creation of a unified information system

The owners of the enterprise were faced with the task of creating a unified information system to increase process manageability of Bessonovsky Meat Processing Plant LLC. A comprehensive solution was required for large-scale tasks and increased manageability of enterprise processes.

Namely:

• Implementation of a modern enterprise management system;
• Division of management and regulated accounting (accounting and tax);
• Organization of regulatory reference information of the enterprise as a whole;
• Tools for analyzing the results of the stages of slaughtering and cutting raw materials;
• Tools for forecasting and accounting of deboning and lining operations;
• Tools for assessing the effectiveness of work with suppliers of livestock and other raw materials;
• Simplify data entry mechanisms as much as possible.

The TALARIX software product was chosen: Meat Processing Plant - a comprehensive industry solution for meat processing enterprises on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform.

As a result of the project, the customer's personnel were trained and all key processes of the enterprise were automated.

In the new system, users do not need to enter information twice, the entry of primary documents records data in all the necessary accounting sections of the management system. As a result of the project, all the goals and objectives set were fully fulfilled. The company was able to automatically generate management reports online.
