2017: Creation of a unified corporate information system

When the updated enterprise was put into commercial operation, the owners of the enterprise set the task of creating a modern unified corporate information system to increase the manageability of the processes of Bogdanovich Meat Processing Plant LLC.

As a software product, a comprehensive industry ERP solution for the meat industry "TALARIX: Meat Processing Plant 4" was chosen.

The implementation project addressed the following strategic objectives:

• Automation of ERP level processes - planning, budgeting, sales, manufacturing and purchasing management, cost accounting and cost calculation;
• Operational cost calculation with daily frequency;
• Creation of a single vertically integrated complex of information systems (synchronization by NSI, data exchange with the necessary detail for each level, etc.)
• Integration with external systems (EDI, FGIS Mercury)
