2012: Introduction of Talarix Meat Processing Plant

Due to the increase in production volumes, product assortment, quality control of manufactured products, it became necessary to complex automation of the enterprise.

Having investigated the software market reflecting the specifics of the meat processing plants, we made a choice in favor of the industry TALARIX: Meat processing plant on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform, since the solution has proven itself well in the meat processing industry.

During the implementation, the following subsystems of management accounting were automated for 2 months:

• Production Management subsystem
• Sales Management subsystem
• Customer and Supplier Relationship Management subsystem
• Financial Management Subsystem

The implementation of the system took place on-line without duplication of data in old accounting systems.

Thanks to the introduction of TALARIX: Meat Processing Plant, the efficiency and reliability of obtaining information without additional labor costs has increased. Based on the information received, the management of the meat processing plant can quickly make management decisions.
