2014: Creation of a unified information system
The plant is included in the rating of leading companies of the Southern Federal District in terms of production and sales of products in the Krasnodar Territory. Given the scale of the enterprise, the management of the plant decided to modernize the information infrastructure, which was supposed to be an effective tool in solving daily problems. The management of the holding set the task for the meat processing plant to create a unified information system to increase the manageability of the processes of LLC Myasoptitskombinat Kanevskaya and consolidate data on the meat division of the holding.
A comprehensive solution was required for large-scale tasks and increased manageability of enterprise processes. After market research, the TALARIX software product was chosen: Meat Processing Plant.
Since January 2014, all accounting is kept only in the new system without duplication of data in the "old" program.
During the project, work was done to transfer data from the old DOS system. As a result, TALARIX: Meat Processing Plant has become a convenient tool for managing all the main processes of the enterprise: sales, processing of raw materials, production of semi-finished products and sausages, movement of raw materials in production, purchase of raw materials and materials, warehouse accounting, accounting on the refrigerator, mutual settlements with counterparties, transport logistics cash management, cost calculation and cost accounting, budgeting.
Based on the results of the project, users have the opportunity to automatically generate management reports for individual organizations and for the enterprise as a whole.
