A uniform architecture of external document flow with counterparties has been created.

Between all the applied information systems available at VTB Leasing JSC and the external circuit, the Cytros SW EDO integration gateway has been deployed. This improves safety and reduces EDM costs.

The implementation takes into account the business processes of VTB Leasing JSC - the requirement to comply with the order of signing documents has been implemented: the entire package is sent in the form of drafts to counterparties, VTBL is the last signatory, thus, the signing of the lease agreement takes place simultaneously with the sale and purchase agreement.

The possibility of mass signing of documents based on the company's information systems has been fulfilled. Cloud certificates are used on a par with local certificates.

The risk of loss and/or unauthorized changes in documents during document flow has been leveled. Currently, EDO is carried out with more than 10,000 counterparties. Signing and sending primary accounting documents: about 42,000 packages are subject to monthly distribution.

The speed of exchange of contractual documents with counterparties increased due to the transfer of documents from paper to electronic form. A year after the launch of the process into commercial operation, the number of transactions executed in electronic form increased from 2% to 42.9% of the total, and the number of transactions where at least one of the counterparties uses EDO - up to 80%.
