2009: Project on the implementation of a system for supporting the activities of legal divisions
As part of the project, the following tasks were completed:
- Collection and aggregation of proposals for improving legislation regulating the activities of internal affairs bodies;
- Assistance in finding legal gaps and conflicts;
- Information support - maintaining data banks of scientific papers and dissertations in various branches of law;
- Legal expertise (including anti-corruption) of draft regulatory legal acts.
The creation and implementation of the legal monitoring system (AIS "Monitoring") and the legal expertise system (AIS "Monitoring-M") brought the following results:
- The system has been in industrial operation since 2009;
- More than 700 users in all regions of Russia;
- More than 1,300 proposals for improving legislation are registered and considered annually;
- A significant increase in the efficiency of working with legal documents.
