Essent (1C: Accounting)

For automation of the accounting activity Essente LLC selected the 1C: Accounting software product. Works on implementation of standard solution 1C were carried out by 1C:VDGB company.

The company management of Essente set the task in the shortest possible time to develop and implement the business and tax accounting system corresponding to specifics of organization activity. In a work progress it was supposed to perform restructuring of accounting and tax accounting of the company due to use of modern instruments of automation.

When choosing the program for automation of accounting of the enterprise the management of Essente LLC considered that, 1C: Accounting 8 is the ready-made standard solution for automation of the majority of sections of accounting developed on a technology platform 1C:Enterprise 8.

Specialists of "1C:VDGB" at a stage of inspection carried out the analysis of the current situation in accounting and tax accounting, the decision to use following features of a standard configuration was as a result made:

• fixed asset accounting and intangible assets. Distribution of fixed asset depreciation and intangible assets by several directions is possible;
• accounting of Inventories;
• accounting of services;
• lot-based accounting (assessment methods: on average, the FIFO, LIFO);
• cash-book, purchase ledger and sales ledger;
• the regulated reporting and the personified accounting;
• accounting of several organizations in uniform information base.

The Enterprise accounting configuration can be used as it is autonomous, and together with other components of a system of programs 1C: Enterprise. With the help of implementation of the 1C: Accounting program in Essente company the following directions of accounting are automated:

• trade operations;
• operations on cash desk and bank;
• settlings with suppliers and buyers;
• distribution of indirect expenses;
• calculations for the VAT;
• calculations for income tax.

In a work progress by specialists of 1C:VDGB company software installation 1C: Accounting is made, setup of parameters of an information system, for the staff of the Essente enterprise — elementary education of 1C is carried out. Now regular system maintenance of 1C on a subscription to Information and Technology Support of 1C — 1C:ITS is performed.
