2024: Sentence - 7 years in prison after death of patients

On July 8, 2024, the City Prosecutor's Office Moscow announced that the court had sentenced the founder and former head of a private medical clinic. " Medlange Anna Sivakova received 7 years in prison in connection with the death of several patients after plastic surgery.

It is said that 50-year-old Sivakova knew about the lack of a license and conditions for plastic surgery in the clinic. However, guided by a selfish motive, in 2018 she organized the provision of appropriate medical services. At the same time, Sivakova, being the sole founder of Medlange LLC and the actual head of Medklinika LLC, attracted accomplices to carry out illegal activities. As a result, three patients died after performing operations, and three more patients suffered serious harm to health.
