2024: Service Launch

Sberbank began to develop a new short-term rental housing service called Domklik24. This was announced on June 24, 2024 in St. Petersburg by the director of the Domklik division Aleksei Leypi.

The Domklik24 platform provides an opportunity for apartment owners and residential property managers to place their objects for daily rent and manage booking. For guests, the platform allows you to quickly and safely select convenient accommodation for short-term accommodation.

On "Domklik24" you can place apartments and apartments located in Russia. In the future, it is planned to add other types of objects and expand the geography of the service. Individuals and legal entities, as well as individual entrepreneurs (individual entrepreneurs), can rent housing, and so far only individuals can rent. The commission accounts for 5% of the homeowner's revenue.

According to Sberbank, Domklik takes over settlements between the landlord and the guest, guaranteeing the security of transactions. The tenant makes a 100 percent prepayment for booking an object directly on the platform, which eliminates the need to pay directly to the owner of the apartment. In case of problems during the arrival, the tenant will receive a guaranteed replacement of housing or will be able to return the money. 24-hour support is available to landlords and tenants alike.

Earlier, Sber launched the My Real Estate service, designed to solve various problems related to housing, from moving to collecting meter readings. Now Domklik24 has started, offering accommodation for daily rent and the choice of housing for short-term accommodation.
