2020: Automation of enterprise processes

The productivity of the meat processing plant is about 100 tons of sausages and delicacies per month. The management of MPK Meat Empire LLC decided to automate the processes of the enterprise. This will allow the company to solve production management tasks faster and more efficiently. For automation, the software product "1C: Integrated Automation 8" was chosen with an industry module for meat processing plants TALARIX: Meat Processing Plant.

The main goal of the project was to introduce a process management system specific for the meat processing direction.

Initially, the organization conducted only accounting in "1C: Enterprise Accounting 8," production was carried out cumulatively. Thanks to the introduction of TALARIX: IPC Meat Processing Plant received a real tool that allows you to quickly and efficiently solve your tasks, reduced the time for routine operations, and improved the quality of staff work. The entire production cycle was automated, system accounting and integration with retail points were set up.
