2009: Introduction of Talarix Meat Processing Plant

The management of the meat processing plant decided to automate the management and operational production accounting of the financial and economic activities of the enterprise on the basis of the industry software product TALARIX: Meat Processing Plant.

The purpose of the project was to develop and implement an information system that ensured the control of material flows of raw materials and products at the enterprise, made it possible to assess the quantitative and qualitative efficiency of production processes. Using TALARIX: The meat processing plant helps to increase the transparency of the process management process and respond quickly to market changes.

Up-to-date production information from the MES system enables managers to make better decisions, both at the production level and at the ERP level.

The goals of the project for the implementation of the new system have been achieved. All key business processes are automated.
