The main goal of the project was the functional replacement of the accounting program on the basis of a foreign manufacturer with "1S.ERP. Management of the holding" in a precisely defined period, limited to a period of 4.5 months. The system being implemented must carry out the existing business processes and fully support the operational and financial activities.

The result of the project was the implementation of the following key blocks:

  1. Manage NSI and integration. NSI was transferred, such as: counterparties, nomenclature, resource specifications, fixed asset objects. The procedure for agreeing on the change of the NSI and storing versions is provided.
  2. Manage sales. The end-to-end process of working with the client is organized from sales planning for a period of 9 months to the production and shipment of finished products. A credit control mechanism for overdue debt has been developed.
  3. Manage purchases. Procurement planning processes were implemented on the basis of medium-term plans of key customers (for up to 9 months) before the formation of orders to suppliers and warehouse processing.
  4. Production control. The process of production planning, formation of production orders according to the plan and production stages for them is implemented. The functions of providing materials and production of finished products and semi-finished products have been worked out.
  5. Warehouse Logistics Management. The process of maintaining address storage of residues in the warehouse and responsible storage is implemented. Schemes have been worked out for the formation of orders by departments for the registration of acceptance and shipment of goods from warehouses. The use of shipping documentation has been implemented.
  6. Treasury. Mechanisms have been implemented for arrangement and coordination of payments, including with external systems. A mechanism for approving and agreeing on cash spending limits has been developed.
  7. Regulated and tax accounting. The process of maintaining regulated accounting is implemented. The procedure for rationing the issuance of overalls has been introduced.
  8. Salary and personnel management. Configured integration 1C":. ERP Management of the holding " "1C: Salary and Human Resources, Revision 3" and to reflect wage expenses in regulated accounting.
