The main goal of the project was to improve the accuracy and speed of planning/rescheduling.
Within the framework of the project, the specialists of Raitek DTG LLC carried out improvements to the basic system of operational planning of Siemens Opcenter Scheduling production, as well as developed a specialized planning algorithm that takes into account the specifics of this production, its requirements and limitations.
As a result of the project:
- Production plans have become real and feasible by taking into account the existing restrictions and indicated factors affecting the production process;
- It became possible to receive demand for materials and personnel based on the annual production plan.
