The main goal of the project was the transition to a new ERP system after the forced abandonment of the European system 'SAP' with the preservation of the quality, speed and flexibility of well-functioning business processes of the enterprise.

Within the framework of the project, the specialists of Raitek DTG LLC for the needs of the customer created a single integrated information environment of the enterprise based on 1C:ERP solutions . PX 3.1 + DD FLOW for supply chain management, retention of competitive delivery dates for products to customers.

As a result of the project:

• The introduction of the DD FLOW software product resulted in SAP-comparable material flow management efficiency in the enterprise;
• Made it possible to optimize the stocks of finished products and inventories, reduce the cycles of production and shipment of finished products to customers;
• Support of the implemented DD FLOW units by specialists of Raitek DTG LLC ensures the proper functioning of the system and the possibility of prompt response to potential problems or user requests.
