Agroseko and AXELOT connects positive experience of cooperation: in the fall of 2009 forces of specialists of AXELOT automated work on preparation and printing of the accompanying documentation for orders, ready to shipment. At emergence of the next need for automation of Agroseko addressed to AXELOT again.

In 2010 the management Agroseko made the decision on need of optimization of management of warehouse economy of the company. Despite high qualification of the employees of a warehouse who are perfectly knowing the range and features of the organization of storage of goods, completely it was not possible to get rid of a negative impact of a human factor on customer service quality. For prevention of regrading in orders and checks of structure of the prepared loads implementation of a specialized automated system was planned.

From among problems against which it was necessary to fight by means of automation of work of a warehouse several sharpest was selected, requiring the solution in the shortest terms. First of all, it was required to increase quality of assembly of orders and to reduce time and efforts spent for carrying out inventories of a warehouse. The organization of address storage and the unrolled automation of other warehouse transactions were planned for the future.

Taking into account relevant and perspective tasks of Agroseko the base for automation of a warehouse selected the joint solution of 1C Company and AXELOT company "by 1C Logistics: Management of a warehouse". The specifics of cargo processing in the warehouse "Agroseko" demanded making changes in the standard software product: The customer did not need storage in the warehouse system of data on a remaining balance, all information on the performed operations had to be transferred directly to a corporate information system. After end of system implementation for assembly of orders (complete set) and inventory 3 radio data collection terminals of Motorola are used that allowed to reduce by 4 times quantity of errors at assembly of orders and for 25% to increase work speed at inventory. Also fixing of structure of the collected order allows to carry out transaction execution quality control at any time quickly.

Accomplishment of all project scope, including creation and approval of the scheme of functioning of a system, making changes in standard functionality, testing and user training, took less than a month. Project deliverables, Agroseko which became the first step on the way of control automation by own warehouse logistics, in the company assess positively.
