Effective Technologies has implemented a project to implement a supplier relationship management system based on the ready-made Eftech.ProQ solution for Pselskoye Group of Companies. Effective Technologies reported this on July 18, 2024. Eftech.ProQ is software designed to automate and optimize supplier management processes. Eftech.ProQ is a ready-made solution that includes the functionality of an electronic marketplace and the supplier's personal account, which ensures the convenience and efficiency of interaction between suppliers and buyers.

The following tasks were assigned to the project:

1. Create a single electronic trading platform to optimize the procurement and sales process.
2. Provide easy and secure communication between suppliers and customers.
3. Increase transparency and automate the supplier selection process.
4. Reduce the cost of operational processes and increase the speed of their execution.

To achieve the goals, the following works were performed:

1. Analysis of existing business processes and needs of Pselskoe Group of Companies.
2. Implementation of the ready-made Eftech.ProQ solution in the company's corporate system.
3. Set up vendor accounts.
4. Training of personnel to work with the system.
5. Set up the system for the individual requirements of the group of companies.
6. Testing and commissioning of the system.

After the introduction of Eftech.ProQ, the Pselskoe group of companies achieved the following results:

1. Reduce procurement time by 40%.
2. Increase transparency and control over the ordering process.
3. Reduce operational costs by automating processes.
4. An increase in the number of suppliers participating in the auction, thanks to the convenience and functionality of the personal account, as well as integration with trading aggregators.
5. Increase supplier satisfaction and improve business relationships.

The following technologies were also used to create ETPs: SPA Angular, Node.js, Golang, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Redis, GraphQL, PrimeNG, Angular Material, Kubernetes, Gitlab CI.
