2024: Using as a base to digitalize education in Congo

In early June 2024, it became known that the Russian IT platform developed in the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug (Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug) became the basis for digitalization of the education sector in the Republic of Congo. Analogues of Russian services will appear in this Central African state.

Governor of Ugra Natalya Komarova spoke about the project. We are talking about the information platform "Education of Ugra." In it, all learning processes, including preschool, school and additional, are combined into a single information space. The system facilitates interaction and brings together all participants in the educational environment. The platform allows you to remotely control the educational process and almost completely frees teachers from paper reporting. Teachers and parents can track children's progress. At the same time, parents and students have the opportunity to promptly receive answers to their questions from teachers.

As Komarova notes, the Education of Ugra platform is used by all schools and kindergartens in the region. According to her, the system is ready for replication for use in other regions and even countries. In particular, in February 2023, a project was launched in the Democratic Republic of the Congo to digitally transform education and create a KelAsi platform with electronic journal and electronic diary services. This decision was based on the Education of Ugra system.

It is assumed that analogues of convenient digital services used by parents in Ugra will be developed for education in the Central African state. These are, in particular, an electronic diary, an electronic kindergarten, a student's portfolio and a school menu. Specialists of the Department of Information Technologies and Digital Development of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug participate in the implementation of the project In ^[1]
