2024: Testing "SBP Connect"

Right line July 18, 2024 announced the completion of testing of the SBP Connect solution for the scenarios of banking operations "Cashback Payment" and "Cashback Return" in the Fast Payment System (SBP). The test results confirmed the full compliance of the solution with all the requirements of the NWS OPCC standard. Interaction tests were carried out as part of the launch of the instant cashback system announced by the NSPK at the end of 2023.

Together with Bank Kazan, test tests were carried out as part of the launch of an instant online cashback service when paying for goods and services through the SBP. During the tests, the performance of the SBP Connect solution was checked during the operations of the B2C Cashback Payment SBP and the SBP Cashback Return C2B, both from the Payer's Bank and from the Recipient's Bank.

To implement this service and ensure cashback payments, banks need to make certain technical improvements. The Right line solution of SBP Connect fully complies with the requirements of the SBP OPCC and allows banks to implement various transfer scenarios, including the payment and return of cashback when paying for goods and services through the SBP. With the introduction of online cashback when paying through the SBP, users will be able to receive instant payments that will be credited to their account immediately after the payment is completed.
