The service will allow Sberbank Eapteka customers to receive support on pharmaceutical issues - selection of drugs, schedule of administration, contraindications and side effects. The digital assistant automatically generates a response to the request, and the contact center operator evaluates the quality of the generated response and sends it to the client after verification. Connecting the service will reduce the waiting time for a pharmacist's response, as well as reduce the burden on contact center employees.

The customer consultation instructions will now be updated automatically. Thanks to the technologies used, the model promptly receives information about new drugs, thus the information provided fully corresponds to the latest changes in the pharmaceutical market.
