Gazenergoprombank (Oracle Database 10g Enterprise Edition)

In Gazenergoprombank the first stage of creation of the BPM system intended for formation of the regulatory reporting is completed. A system is developed on the basis of the data warehouse Circuit of version 3.x. The InterSoft Lab company was attracted to project implementation. Gazenergoprombank is created in 1996 by structures of Gazprom group. The branch network of bank consists of 19 branches.

The BPM project started in August, 2008 for the purpose of performance management process automation and also reporting for the Bank of Russia. Now the data warehouse contains accounting data about activity of head office and 19 bank branches.

Within the project the storage on Oracle Database 10g DBMS is implemented. Specialists of the company implementer executed integration of storage with the automated banking system Quorum therefore accounting data on clients, personal accounts, a remaining balance and turnovers of personal accounts, accounting entries were consolidated.

The project team implemented setup of 15 forms of the reporting for the Bank of Russia with which employees of the bank work with the help of the Circuit Corporation system. For data purification the analytical Oracle BI platform is used.

On the next stage consolidation of information on agreements is planned that will allow to automate 15 more forms of the reporting for the Bank of Russia. In 2009-2011 it is supposed to automate more than 60 forms of the reporting for the Bank of Russia.
