Updating VTB 24 Business Online

VTB 24 was started in the summer of 2017 by "pilot" of Internet bank for small business. A system received the functions allowing clients to use remote services using technology of computational linguistics and machine learning.

In the updated VTB 24 Business Online became available to users a fast input: now it is enough to clients to enter the login, the password and the code from the SMS message.

Work from any device and the simplified creation of payments and documents became distinctive features of Internet bank. Minimization of time of the client for creation of payment is reached at the expense of hints and autocompletion by data from open sources (the USRLE, the Unified State Register of Individual Entrepreneurs, FTS, the Gosuslugi portal) and also thanks to signing of documents using SMS messages.

In VTB 24 Business Online appeared also the clever assistant who does not have analogs in the market of remote banking for business. The assistant represents artificial intelligence which can answer in a chat any questions of the client, prompt information on rates, send the statement, details, to accept the request for connection of an additional service or just to talk to the client.

During creation of VTB 24 Business the modern systems of design and design of interfaces were online used. It allowed to structure systemically information on one page and to provide access to all services to one click.

As partners of VTB 24 in project implementation regarding use of technologies of computational linguistics and machine learning the Angry Developers company, regarding development of the web application - RedMadRobot and StepUp Lab company acted.

Redesign VTB 24 Online

Redesign of Internet bank is the final stage of updating of all channels of remote banking for individuals. Earlier VTB 24 upgraded the corporate website, the menu of ATMs, mobile bank for devices on the IOS platform and Android.

Start of Internet bank is performed in two stages: from February to April it will be possible to estimate advantages updated VTB 24 Online at will; at the end of April the updated Internet bank will become the basic, at the same time clients will be given an opportunity to continue to use the old version. In total parallel operation of two versions will be continued till June.

The improved navigation and modern design and also advanced functionality is provided to VTB 24 Online.

Main innovations of Internet bank:

  • the simplified input: sending the SMS/push-code is performed automatically after input of the login and the password;
  • all products of the client are provided on the homepage with the different detail level;
  • transfers between the accounts and cards to two clicks in the section Transfers;

  • the history of transactions in VTB 24 Online for any period and also the statement on products are available on the homepage;
  • quick access to currency rates and conversion transactions from any section;
  • the new section Show-window in which personal offers, online opening of savings products (deposits, accumulation accounts), an online design of insurance products and the order of credit products (execution of the request for credit cards and cash loans) are available to the user.

2015

VTB 24 updated Telebank

VTB 24 zapusktit at the beginning of 2015 upgraded version of a system Telebank - with new logic of the interface and the changed design. Now the user himself can select as his Internet bank should look.

The homepage of Telebank represents a set of information blocks (widgets) of the identical size now. These blocks allow the client to trace information on a status of the accounts, deposits, cards and other products and to manage them in one click. On each widget there is a list of available transactions with this product.

For control and planning of operations with the accounts Last Transactions and Templates blocks are transformed. In "The last transactions" date, time and the status of the performed operations is displayed, the possibility of repeated carrying out transaction or viewing its parts in one click is also available.

At the same time the client himself decides what information will be displayed on the homepage and in what sequence widgets will be located.

VTB 24 renamed Telebank into "VTB 24 Online"

Since June 21 the Internet bank and mobile application will be called "VTB 24 Online", the Internet address will change on online.vtb24.ru. Such decision was made for bigger communication of the bank name and its online services.

"Now the Internet bank and mobile application and also SMS-opoveshcheniya service are integrated by the name 'VTB 24 Online' — Elena Degteva, the head of department of remote banking of VTB 24 explained. — Clients will notice changes not only in the name, but also in the increased quality of service soon".

According to bank, 2.5 million clients use VTB 24 Internet bank now. Active users will see off on average in 5 transactions a month. The most demanded transactions — payment of services of communication, the Internet, housing and public utilities, payment of taxes and penalties, transfers to other clients of VTB 24, opening and management of deposits.

Clients make about 35% of transactions using mobile application, using the phones and tablet computers.

The Internet bank and mobile applications are provided to clients of VTB 24 free of charge. The Internet bank is available to the address online.vtb24.ru (its mobile version — to the address mob.vtb24.ru). Mobile application has versions for Android, iOS and Windows Phone.

2010: Telebank

The telebank is the system of remote banking of VTB 24 allowing to manage the bank accounts and cards at any time and in any place using the Internet, mobile or normal phone.
