"First Bit" automated the workflows of the development company LLC "GK Alcor." This was announced by "First Bit" on July 24, 2024.

Prior to process automation, management reporting in the company was generated in Excel and manually loaded into the BI system. Economists independently unloaded balance sheets, reclassified expenses and consolidated data. These algorithms were opaque, and the reporting data could not be decrypted before the primary documentation.

The management company decided by the end of 2023 to move on to collecting the fact and automatically uploading data in the implemented system. Having studied the market offerings and experience of the companies, preference was given to "First Beat." The specialists of the First Bit had tasks - to automate the processes of the treasury and management accounting, implementing automatic data collection, to form a consolidated management plan-actual reporting on the holding, as well as in the format of regular upload to the BI system by the end of November 2023.

Experts of the First Bit have introduced a software product into the activities of GK Alcor LLC within the framework of the unified configuration of BIT.FINANS on the basis of 1C: Accounting 8 CORP. It will allow you to optimize all functions, from request approval and contract management to receiving consolidated reporting and financial planning.

During the implementation of the project, we managed to implement a complex, multi-stage system of closing the period, elimination, reports on comparing the plan-fact for distributed expenses, automate the process of unloading management reporting, and automate the treasury. During the project, we, together with the Client, jointly formulated the requirements for the accounting methodology, "said Konstantin Levitian, Project Manager from First Bit.

As a result of the work done in the divisions of the construction company, labor costs were reduced by 20%, the processes of unloading the treasury, budgeting and management reporting into the BI system were automated. Thanks to enterprise automation, management reporting is now 20% faster.

The changes affected three main contours of our company: treasury, budgeting and management accounting. For example, the Treasury automated the approval of applications and the register of payments, introduced the formation of applications for spending funds, and also implemented the automatic filling of the "Type of Activity" and "Source of Financing" analysts. Now payment orders are formed on the basis of applications without the participation of employees, and data on the flow of funds during bank statements are filled out automatically from applications for spending, "said Sergei Alexandrov, Director of Economics and Finance of GK Alcor LLC.

As of July 2024, all the most important financial, HR and other indicators in the company are uploaded automatically according to the scenarios Plan, Fact, Forecast in universal xls and xml format. In order for their unloading to be correct, the keys and BI of the system are put in Bit.Finance as codes and additional details.

As a result, the customer got the opportunity to form automatic unloading and reporting both in BIT.FINANS and in the BI system.
