2020: Automation of Human Resources Processes

Integrated process automation was carried out as part of the project personnel management.

Project features:

• The main task is to modernize the personnel loop of business processes, optimize and streamline, as well as improve the quality of work with personnel;
• In addition to the basic functions of personnel accounting and payroll calculation, the project automated: time accounting, OTS, MCDS and medical examinations, the service was set up

"Employee's Personal Account";

• All information from disparate systems is brought into one form and transferred to the general human resources management system;
• Integration with other ICs used in the company: AD, MCDS, RMS Planning and data exchange with AODB - the single information core of the airport.

The following results were achieved:

• "Time and Attendance System" has been implemented;
• Automated functions of "Occupational Safety" and special assessment of working conditions;
• Modernized the work of the Aviation Training Center (AUC);
• The "Mentoring" subsystem was created;
• Out of 5,000 employees, 250 people became professional users of the system and more than 1000 became users of the Personal Account service.
