2005: Implementation of the Human Resources Management System
Within the framework of the project, a human resources management system was implemented for the enterprise.
The "BOSS" was faced with the following task: the choice of a personnel management system as master data on working with information on personnel with specific requirements for time and payroll tools, as well as for mechanisms for generating regulated reporting.
With the introduction of the product, personnel management processes were automated in terms of the formation of a hierarchical nomenclature of staff and personnel contours and calculation of accruals for employees of the enterprise. Also, in addition to basic automation of management processes, BOSS specialists have developed a number of additional output forms of personnel documents and reports.
