Airat Galimbekov was born on January 24, 1984 in Kazan.

Education

In 2006 he graduated from Kazan State University. V.I. Ulyanova-Lenin.

Career

2006-2012

From 2006 to June 2009 - Chief Specialist of the Administration of the Volga Region of the Executive Committee of Kazan. "

From 2010 to November 2012 - Head of the Department of the Ministry of Transport and Road Facilities of the Republic of Tatarstan.

2012-2020

From 2012 to November 2020 - Managing Director of the Ministry of Transport and Road Facilities of the Republic of Tatarstan.

Since November 2020 - Deputy General Director of the State Unitary Enterprise RT Tatleasing.

2024: Appointment as CEO of Tatleasing

At the end of July 2024, Airat Galimbekov was appointed the new general director of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Tatarstan Tatleasing. The new head of Tatleasing was presented to the staff of the enterprise by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin. Airat Galimbekov previously served as Deputy General Director of this enterprise.

Marat Aizatullin noted that Ayrat Rinatovich is not a new person for the team, his experience and knowledge of the industry will allow him to continue to effectively and successfully fulfill his tasks. Airat Galimbekov thanked the leadership of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan for their trust.

Earlier, the position of general director of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Tatarstan "Tatleasing" was held by Ilnar Hafizov. He became the new director of the main investment and construction department of Tatarstan (GISU RT).

 Since 2020, Khafizov has been the head of the State Unitary Enterprise of the Republic of Tatarstan Tatleasing. One of the tasks of Tatleasing is the storage of emergency reserves in case of an emergency in the housing and communal services system, but this state-owned enterprise is also one of the  "favorite contractors" of GISU.[1]
