In Alpha Leasing the budgeting subsystem based on "Homnet Leasing 8" is implemented

In the Alfa-Leasing leasing company within expansion of functionality of the end-to-end information system "Homnet Leasing 8" the budgeting subsystem implementation project is complete.

Until implementation of a budgeting subsystem in Alfa-Leasing company process of budgeting represented manual entering of the actual and planned data in the MS Excel. Similar approach to implementation of process had a number of shortcomings, such as: null information for the detailed analysis of budgets, low accuracy of the data and impossibility to quickly control their execution. It was necessary to increase process performance of budgeting.

The information system Homnet Leasing is used in Alpha Leasing since 2009. Therefore when there was a need for budgeting process automation, the management Alpha Leasing made the decision to expand functionality Homnet Leasing due to implementation of the corresponding subsystem. Automation of process of budgeting using a common information space of the Homnet Leasing 8 system was a project objective.

Within the project starting in October, 2009 experts Homnet Leasing automated the following business processes: budgeting of cash flow, including calculation of the budget of the VAT and calculation of the property tax by leasing transactions, implementation of calculation of the budget of the leasing transactions planned to the conclusion.

As a result of implementation of a budgeting subsystem the staff of the Alfa-Leasing leasing company purchased the convenient tool allowing to obtain information on the planned financial flows and cost value of leasing transactions that considerably increased the speed of acceptance of management decisions. The following relevant tasks for Alpha Leasing are automation of business process of budgeting of income and expenses regarding cost accounting of the leasing transaction.
