Main article: Electric filling stations (electric charging stations, ESS)

2023: Number of stations up 1.7-fold to reach 160

At the end of 2023, the number of electric charging stations (EZS) of Lukoil reached 160. For comparison, a year earlier, the company's network numbered 95 such points, and in 2021 - 34. Thus, on an annualized basis, the number of EZS increased by 1.7 times, or 65 points. This is stated in the materials of Lukoil, published at the end of July 2024.

It is noted that the dynamics of the development of the EZS network depends on a number of factors, such as state support measures, the pace of change in the structure of the fleet, requirements for the power of chargers, the availability of free power at gas stations, etc. In 2023, 95% of Lukoil's EZS (142 units) were placed in Russia, and their main part belongs to the fast category - with a capacity of 50 to 150 kW. As of the end of 2023, the company had 119 such installations in the Russian Federation. Another 11 stations belong to the middle class of power (from 30 to 50 kW), and 12 to slow (up to 30 kW).

Lukoil
has increased the network of charging stations in Russia by 1.7 times over the year

The maximum availability of electric vehicle charging services is provided in the Moscow Region and Krasnodar Territory. In general, Lukoil EZS are located in 12 constituent entities of the Russian Federation.

In foreign countries, 18 charging stations are available for Lukoil customers. Of these, five are fast, 12 are medium power, and one is slow. The largest number of stations was installed in Finland thanks to the state support program: since 2020, their number has doubled. The company has developed a program for the development of a gas station network for the period up to 2035 in Belgium and the Netherlands.

It is also said that in Russia Lukoil is expanding the EZS network together with partners. The project corresponds to the "Concept for the development of the production and use of electric road transport in the Russian Federation for the period up to 2030," as well as the corporate model of "a single supplier of services in demand by customers" under one roof "(charging plants are located at gas stations).[1]
