2023: SimpleOne ESM Platform Rollout

The Bank Uralsib has selected SimpleOne ESM platform the Single Window corporate portal for implementation. This solution is aimed at processing all personnel applications in a single system, as well as automating human resources processes. This was SimpleOne (Simpson 1) announced on August 7, 2024.

The project for the implementation of the corporate portal began in April 2022. For 9 months, three stages of implementation were carried out: design, finalization of the system and launch of the portal. After the solution was put into operation, representatives of the SimpleOne developer company conducted training for system administrators and users.

The project has become a certain challenge for us. The peculiarities of personnel workflow, bank high requirements for user experience, performance and reliability have become a difficult task for our team. Well-coordinated work helped us complete the development and implementation within the allotted time frame. The final system consists of the Single Window self-service portal, which implements the main personnel procedures and the system interface. Processing requests and generating tasks has become easier to use. The unified system helped to increase the speed of decision-making and coordination within the bank, including reducing labor costs in working with documentation, as it made it possible to form a CED based on SimpleOne approval processes.

The main criterion for choosing a platform was an interface of process executors customizable for support tasks and an up-to-date stack for service development. REST API integration allows us to flexibly connect various platforms for a single core of business processes, "commented Elena Pugacheva, Head of the PSA Automation Directorate of Uralsib Bank.

Thanks to low-code tools, bank employees can independently configure and customize business processes and generate requests for employees based on the implemented ESM system.
