Till 2009 it was the largest implementation project in Russia and, perhaps, in Europe (now, of course, this place was taken by the CRM project in Sberbank). Today in the unrolled system of VTB bank about 2000 users work. The project abounds with non-standard interesting developments in the field of business process automation of bank and analytics of the customer base. Since 2004 the project, along with the growing requirements and changes of bank, successfully develops.
Among specific plans of VTB for the future Nazipov Dmitry called the forthcoming replacement of the CRM system in August, 2011. He noted that now (2010) in bank CRM Sales Logix works. The available solution quite correctly copes with the tasks now. But implementation of new CRM (the specific solution is not selected yet) – will become the strategic investment. Future solution will allow VTB to manage effectively customer relations within the next 10 years.
