During the year red mad robot , together with the team Raiffeisen , she investigated the user experience of the bank's customers, thanks to which she was able to increase loyalty customers and performance within the application. This was announced on August 7, 2024 by representatives of the red_mad_robot.

Solutions to redesign the appearance of the R-Online mobile application were based on the results of a large-scale study of user experience. Together with Raiffeisen Bank's team, red_mad_robot interviewed more than 20,000 customers and conducted 11 studies in 3.5 months.

The update affected all the main screens of the mobile application: home screen, user profile, product showcase, notification center and others. There are also new opportunities for paying for housing and communal services, the Internet and mobile communications. The use of partitions and individual functions has become more intuitive thanks to the simplification of navigation for the convenience of users. In addition, the technical part was improved: now the application works faster and more stable, the percentage of calls to the information center has significantly decreased.

According to the results of the redesign of the R-Online application, Raiffeisen Bank managed to increase the share of active clients of the current base by 3 percentage points, as well as significantly improve the indicators of the use of banking products within the application and thereby increase customer loyalty.
