2024: Change of Ownership

In early August 2024, it became known about changes in the composition of the founders of one of the largest IT companies in St. Petersburg, "Combit." Olga Klementenok became the owner of the enterprise by inheritance, while Andrei Klementenok left the organization.

Combit specializes in the supply of computer equipment, software and various IT equipment. These include PCs, workstations, servers, storage, etc. In addition, the company offers telecommunications, peripheral and network solutions, components and components. Kombit provides customers with assistance in adapting, configuring, testing and maintaining various IT products, including software, IT infrastructure elements, information systems (ERP, CRM, Workflow, CPM, WMS, etc.). The company also performs maintenance and repairs of equipment.

Another area of ​ ​ activity is IT consulting. Combit provides services for assessing information security threats, as well as the selection and implementation of solutions to increase the level of protection of infrastructure from cyber threats. In 2022, the company is included in the Register of accredited organizations operating in the field of information technology. All supplied goods have the necessary certificates.

Since February 2024, Alexey Novoselov has been the general director of Combit. The main activity of the enterprise is the wholesale of software. In addition, 12 more areas of work are indicated, including sales of computers and peripherals.^[1]
