The interstate fund of humanitarian cooperation of the State Parties of the CIS implements Euphrates

The Cognitive Technologies company announced in December, 2010 that in Interstate fund of humanitarian cooperation of the State Parties of the CIS (MFGS) system implementation of electronic document management and business process automation Euphrates began. For project implementation at the developer of the software product — Cognitive Technologies — was purchased the license for simultaneous operation of 35 users. Implementation and setup of a system are performed by specialists of Fund.

MFGS is created in 2006 and is the interstate non-profit organization supporting cross-disciplinary projects for development of cooperation of the CIS countries in the fields of education, sciences, cultures, mass information and communications, sport, tourism and work with youth, says Cognitive Technologies. Since 2007 through Fund more than 200 projects in these areas were implemented.

For increase in efficiency of MFGS the leadership of Fund made the decision to implement an electronic document management system. After assessment of several software products presented at the Russian market, auditors of MFGS selected the Euphrates system. The developed functionality, simplicity of setup and the affordable price of the software product became the pacing factors which defined the choice of the customer for benefit of this solution, reported in Cognitive Technologies.

The Euphrates system passes a stage of test operation and final adjustment. It is planned that after input of a system in commercial operation in MFGS the uniform archive of electronic documents will be created, accounting of the entering and outgoing correspondence is automated and also internal document flow is organized.

It is expected that system implementation Euphrates in MFGS optimizes document flow of Fund, by 5-6 times will reduce runtime of routine transactions with documents (registration, search, movement) and considerably will increase performing discipline of employees. As a result the processing speed of documents will increase by 2-3 times.
