2024: Start of GdeRabota.ru Platform

A platform for job search and recruitment began to function in Russia GdeRabota.ru. This was announced on August 12, 2024 by representatives of the platform.

Until September 1, 2024, any employer will be able to place an unlimited number of vacancies on it for free, and government agencies will be able to publish their vacancies for free on an ongoing basis. According to the developers, the site has wide functionality that simplifies the hiring process and improves its quality.

The online recruiting platform GdeRabota.ru designed for job search, recruitment and vacancies. It also has a built-in production calendar and a holiday calculator. At its heart is a modern website that offers job seekers and employers tools to interact.

The site is implemented at the junction of technologies: ReactJS, PHP8, Laravel 10, InertiaJS, ManticoreSearch, MySQL, NextJS. The service infrastructure is deployed in the Yandex Cloud cluster for the reliability of storing users' personal data and stable system operation.

As of August 2024, the service supports several functions:

• Data Base of vacancies. It includes vacancies published on the site GdeRabota.ru.
• Search and filtering system. With its help, you can find suitable vacancies by keywords, region and other criteria.
• Job placement. The function allows you to directly place current vacancies on the platform, get responses from applicants, access to resumes and contact candidates.
• Personalized recommendations. Algorithms select relevant vacancies based on the location of the user.
• Personal account of applicants. In it, you can add information about your experience, education and use the resume editor.
• Personal account for employers. With it, you can add information about the company and use the job editor.

The platform supports socially significant institutions. All budget, municipal and charitable organizations can post vacancies on GdeRabota.ru at a discount or free of charge. Also, the additional service "Production Calendar" will allow you to easily track the number of working and non-working days per year, the number and dates of holidays, working hours, weekend transfers and other indicators. And the "Vacation pay calculator" will help calculate the amount of payments during vacation, taking into account weekends and shortened days, as well as choose the most profitable months for rest.

In the near future, the functionality of the service will be expanded, the developers shared. Thus, the resume database, according to them, will increase, personalized recommendations based on the user's profile and his interests will improve, the ability to filter the results of issuing a database of vacancies by type of employment, experience and employer will be added. In addition, the platform will be able to communicate between the applicant and the employer and a mobile application will be connected.
