ANT-CS has developed a chatbot for managing real estate. IMUS.Hat-bot accepts and tracks applications within the framework of the Smart Real Estate system, ANT-CS reported on August 14, 2024.

The chatbot is designed for Telegram - users can ask questions without leaving the usual application. The service receives tenant messages and registers their requests for problems related to the maintenance of the group of companies by means of software. It displays, monitors status, and enables you to confirm the fulfillment of applications for tenants and customer employees in the mobile and server component of the software.
