2024: Integration of video analytics tools
On August 14, 2024, the IT company Jet Infosystems, together with the developer of production safety management systems BRealIT, launched a solution using video analytics for industrial enterprises. The system allows you to automatically record violations and promptly notify responsible employees.
The solution is based on the InSight platform from BRealIT, in which Jet Infosystems has integrated advanced video analytics tools. The product offers users the ability to manage data and incidents in a single window: receive notifications of violations, assign corrective measures and responsible persons, collect and analyze statistics throughout the enterprise. This comprehensive system allows you to centralize incident processing, which contributes to timely management decisions and increase the level of security.
The system provides control over the use of personal protective equipment (such as helmets, gloves, special suits) by personnel, detects the unauthorized presence of people in hazardous areas, such as loading areas, and detects other potential threats, which helps to prevent accidents at work.
The developed solution fully meets the requirements of import independence and is adapted for the Russian market.
"Our system provides enterprises with a complete real-time picture of all events at the facility," said Vadim Shameshev, General Director of BRealIT. "Thanks to the experience of our colleagues from 'Jet Infosystems', the system is easily integrated into any IT infrastructure, taking into account the peculiarities and specific requirements of the business." |
"Pilot projects and internal tests have shown that the joint work of the InSight accounting system and video analytics in the'single window' mode significantly reduces the labor costs of employees to analyze incidents and contributes to the systematization of processes, making production safer and more efficient," added Alexey Ivanov, director of digitalization "Jet Infosystems." |
