Finserviskonsalting (Intalev: Corporate finances)

The Finserviskonsalting company made the decision on independent implementation of the software product "Intalev: Corporate finances" for automation of management accounting.

The company renders services in the organization of accounting, advises concerning taxation. In staff of the company more than 100 people work. It is important to company management to see results of activity not only by the total amount of the agreement, but also on what type of activity they are received. For this purpose the tool for conducting management accounting and operational reporting was required.

According to the customer, the choice of the software solution was influenced by its compatibility with the 1C: Enterprise program and also existence of the issued methodology and flexibility of setup. Decided to implement and configure the software product in the company by own efforts as in the company there was own strong team of financial advisors with extensive work experience and the programmers familiar with the 1C: Enterprise platform. Employees started implementation after passing of a training course and on the basis of the example prepared by developer company especially for this project.

At the moment the company is engaged in setting of budget management and management accounting. In addition in December, 2007 the company purchased a program and methodical complex "by Intalev: The navigator" which should help the enterprise with drawing up the provisions necessary for automation of financial management.
