The Megalayt-Avto company implements the automation system trade and reduces receivables

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed implementation of the 1C: Trade Management 8 software product in Megalayt-Avto company.

Previously

Earlier in Megalayt-Avto company a system on the 1C: Enterprise 7.7 platform in which there was no opportunity to differentiate access rights for employees in the program according to specific requirements of the company was applied.

Choice of the solution and partner

The solution allowing to increase performance of work of managers and to provide buyers with up-to-date information about existence and cost of goods using automatic unloading of these data on the website was required. For company management it was important to lower receivables and to reduce time of shipment of goods to buyers.

The decision to create a new information system on the modern and multifunction platform "1C:Enterprise 8" and to connect to it a retail store equipment was made. The product "1C: Trade Management 8" was selected.

The partner in implementation of the new software defines 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT).

Business processes are automated:

Results

Receivables thanks to information analysis on terms and payment amounts and a possibility of their operating control decreased by 10%.

Shipment of goods after connection to the 1C:Enterprise 8 system of scanners of barcodes accelerated. Now the barcode in which the link to the document of the delivery note, a total quantity and the amount of goods is ciphered is appropriated to each delivery note. Each user has beydzh with a barcode from which a contact information of the employee is read out. At the exit from the building on security point there is a computer with an installed system of 1C:Enterprise 8 to which the scanner of barcodes is connected. At the exit from the building the data which are contained in a barcode are compared with the actual quantity of the taken-out goods and data of the worker specified as the responsible person in the delivery note. If information does not match, protection does not allow carrying out of goods.

Time of settlings with buyers at the expense of an opportunity to see data on the company by holding was much reduced. Often the goods purchase one legal entity, and pay another, but both are included into one holding. For convenience in the sheet on settlement information on holdings is output.
