Implementation of the accounting system in Megalayt-Avto company increases performance of work of managers

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed software implementation of 1C: Accounting 8 in Megalayt-Avto company.

Prerequisites

The company felt need for performance improvement of managers and providing buyers with up-to-date information about existence, goods costs with display of these data on the website. To company management decrease in receivables and reduction of time of shipment of goods to buyers was important.

The decision on creation of a new information system on the 1C:Enterprise 8 platform and connection to it of a retail store equipment was accepted the management. The following product is selected: 1C: Accounting 8 – for conducting regulated accounting.

The partner in an implementation project - 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT).

The following business processes were automated:

• Sales management;
• Management of settlement;
• Management of warehouse transactions;
• Management of merchandising;
• Pricing;
• Accounting and tax accounting.

Specialists of BIT company set 1C: Trade Management 8, provided training of employees. In a project deliverable 25 jobs in a warehouse and in finance division, in sales department and purchases are automated. Access isolation on groups is configured, now the manager sees only clients with whom he works that helped to find quickly necessary information and to increase performance. The management has access to all customer information and if necessary can redistribute tasks of employees.

About results

Results of automation: Receivables thanks to information analysis on terms and payment amounts and a possibility of their operating control decreased by 10%.

Shipment of goods after connection to the 1C:Enterprise 8 system of scanners of barcodes accelerated. Now the barcode in which the link to the document of the delivery note, a total quantity and the amount of goods is ciphered is appropriated to each delivery note. Each user has a badge with barcodes, from it a contact information of the employee is read out. In point of protection the PC and the 1C:Enterprise 8 system to which the scanner of barcodes is connected is installed. At the exit from the building the data which are contained in a barcode are compared with the actual quantity of the taken-out goods and data of the worker specified as the responsible person in the delivery note. If information does not match, protection does not allow carrying out of goods.
