Novikov Denis Fedorovich

Biography

He graduated from the Yaroslavl Higher Military Financial School in 2003.

From 2003 to 2011, he worked in large companies such as Euroset, Glavstroy, Integra in various positions in the internal audit.

PhosAgro's work

From 2011 to 2015, he was the head of the internal audit department of PhosAgro, a Russian vertically integrated company, one of the world's leading producers of phosphorus-containing fertilizers.

Since 2015, he has served as Director of Risk Management at PhosAgro. Denis's work experience includes a large number of completed special projects with a significant economic effect for business, an effective internal audit unit built from scratch. Under the leadership of Denis, a risk management system of PhosAgro was deployed for 1 year, which received a positive external assessment.

Later he took the position of Deputy General Director for Information Technology PhosAgro, where he worked until mid-2025, and then moved to the post of Executive Director of Apatit (part of the PhosAgro group).
