A distinctive feature of the project implementation in both AlyuminTechno and Alyutekh-Novosibirsk is the individual approach of the management company and initiative groups of two production enterprises to the business processes and needs of each plant, - said Ruslan Vildanov. - This approach is very important, since any attempt to impose business processes, for example, a larger plant on production processes of a smaller scale, differing in the types of assets, the structure of the organization of repair activities and the need for logistics, can affect the results of the entire MRO automation project and achieve economic effect.
