INTER RAO UES, JSC (Oracle Hyperion)

Inter RAO UES, representative office of Oracle CIS and Lanit company announced project completion on creation of an automated system of summary corporate economic planning on the basis of the solution Oracle Hyperion Planning entering the Oracle Enterprise Performance Management complex (Oracle EPM). Within the project processes of obtaining planned and actual data from subsidiaries and affiliates (DZO), formation and the analysis of execution of mid-term, annual and quarter plans, key performance indicators on the companies of Group and the consolidated indicators on Group in general are automated.

The DZO managerial model and Groups includes indicators of the production program, income and expenses, cash flows, balance, investments. Are the basis for a system unified for all entering into Group reference books, entry forms, algorithms, a packet of the management and analytical reporting.

A new BPM system allowed to optimize the following processes: collecting, formation, approval of plans of activity of DZO; collecting of actual data, preparation plan fact of reports and analysis of execution of plans of DZO; reconciliation of intra group turnovers, including at a stage of preparation of budgets, and formation of the consolidated management reporting on Group in general; operational providing company to all key staff and management of access to the management reporting and possibility of independent setup of analytical reports.

The project was implemented in six months. During the project design, tuning and testing, trial operation of a system of summary corporate economic planning, and also user training including abroad were performed.
