2024: Introduction of Nerpa EAM Box

Novosoft supplied NERPA EAM BOX for the Novosibirsk manufacturer of natural snacks and fruit bars "White Tree." The program will be used to record and manage the maintenance and repair of equipment at the production facilities of the enterprise. Novosoft announced this on August 21, 2024.

White Tree LLC pays special attention to maintaining high standards of quality and safety of its products. The finished EAM BOX NERPA program will allow the company to solve the following problems:

• Planning and automation of cycle tasks for equipment maintenance (for example, monthly and semi-annual checks);
• Addition and monitoring of urgent repair works;
• Creation and maintenance of scheduled preventive maintenance (WEP) schedules;
• Management of repair orders, accounting of materials and spare parts used;
• Maintain a complete history of all repair work with the indication of the executors and description of the completed tasks.

NERPA EAM BOX will be used not only by repair services, but also by other related divisions of the enterprise, which will improve the interaction between departments and increase control over the condition of equipment.

The introduction of NERPA EAM BEX will completely eliminate the use of Excel for equipment accounting and switch to an automated system. In addition, the system will be useful in preparing the enterprise for annual audits for compliance with product safety standards, such as GOST R ISO 22000:2005 and FSSC 22000. NERPA EAM will make it easier to present the necessary information to auditors.
