During creation of the Subsystem specialists of MRTsB:
- Systematized and formalized processes of management of technology accessions of the company,
- Designed and developed program tools of the Subsystem
- Integrated Subsystem objects with the specialized engineering module of preparation of Specifications
- Prepared the packet of the accompanying documentation regulating activity of users of the Subsystem of a unique selling proposition in the course of accomplishment of technology accessions
- Provided personnel training
- Prepared the Subsystem for start and started consulting maintenance of users at a stage trial operation.
The functionality of the Subsystem completely automates process of management of Technology Accessions and allows to prepare all reporting necessary for the Company under process. The integration of the Subsystem of a unique selling proposition in a common information space of an end-to-end automated system (ASUFHD) allows the Subsystem, using the uniform nomativno-reference information about applicants and agreements, to obtain data on settlement from financial modules ASUFHD and to make calculation of a penalty fee for the purposes of claims activities.
Thus, "MRTsB is implemented by specialists of Consulting firm the second stage within development of the complex project of control automation of JSC Leningrad Regional Management Electric Grid Company.
The end-to-end system of management of financial and economic activity (ASUFHD) is improved by MRTsB within two years. Implementation and input of functionality in operation is performed on queues:
- 1 Queue (is implemented): The regulated accounting and tax accounting; Management of a contracted work; Cash management and Treasury.
- 2 Queue (is implemented): Development of ASUFHD regarding embedding in its structure of the Management subsystem technology accessions.
- 3 Queue: Development of ASUFHD regarding embedding in its structure of the Budgeting subsystem which, closing a circuit of financial and economic management, will allow to solve problems of budget management in a part: Collecting, consolidation and the automated approval of budgets of divisions of JSC LOESK; Preparation of the consolidated consolidated budget of income and expenses of the Company; Preparation of the investment budget; Formations of interrelations with the budget of cash flow; Accounting of primary data on the actual execution of budgets in real time; Control and the analysis of execution of budgets at the different levels of the company.
In February, 2011 the decision on transfer of the Subsystem to an industrial operation mode was made.
Now based on the Subsystem of a unique selling proposition work of the Center of accessions to the electric networks (TsPES) of JSC LOESK and five "pilot" branches of the company is automated:
- "Vyborg city electric networks";
- "Kirov city electric networks";
- "Kirishi city electric networks";
- "Tikhvin city electric networks";
- "Shlisselburg city electric networks".
During trial operation in a system about 700 addresses of applicants are registered. Functionally the Subsystem of a unique selling proposition automates the transactions of processes of the company relating to activity of TsPES: 1. Process of registration and processing of Requests for the technology accessions (TA); 2. Process of preparation and a design of Specifications - the specification (The subsystem of a unique selling proposition is integrated with the specialized process module of preparation of specifications); 3. Process of preparation and execution of Agreements on TP and also the related agreements with contract organizations.
The base of analytical reports of the Subsystem allows to carry out the analysis and to provide information about: 1. The planned accessions according to Requests for TP; 2. Execution of requests for TP on terms and a status; 3. A status of preparation of specifications, agreements on TP; 4. Actually executed accessions on the periods and the territory; 5. Applicants and history of relationship with them.
Basic instruments of support of business processes of the Subsystem of a unique selling proposition give an opportunity to configure flexibly (to delete, change, enter new) and to interconnect among themselves transactions of process of management of technology accessions taking into account features of an organization structure of the company and possible future redistributions of duties within the approved processes.
The subsystem of a unique selling proposition is integrated into the structure of the uniform Automated Control System for Financial and Economic Activity (ACSFEA) JSC LOESK, forming a common information space of accounting and handbook data about financial and economic activity of the enterprise that allows to provide the staff of TsPES with necessary financial information (including for carrying out claim and claim work) and also to consider activities for technology accessions as a part of a single system of contract management of the company.
