2024: Implementation of 1C:EHS Complex Industrial Safety Corp

The construction company "Velesstroy" has introduced an information system based on the software product "1C:EHS Complex Production Safety of KORP." As a result, 280 automated jobs were created, and labor costs in the divisions were reduced by 70%. The partner of the project was the company "Axioma-Soft," which announced this on August 23, 2024.

Before the start of the project, the process of ensuring production safety in the company was not automated. The accounting was kept on paper, and the information was stored in network folders in word, xls formats. In addition, there was no unified interpretation of filling out output printed forms and a systematic approach to reporting. In addition, it took a lot of time to receive personnel data from related units.

In this regard, the company needed to bring accounting into a single workspace, which connects 15 branches of the parent organization responsible for ensuring safe working conditions. It was also necessary to automate the same type of operations, minimize errors in the maintenance of documentation in strict reporting forms, and minimize communications with personnel officers. The task of implementation was also to reduce the risks of receiving orders and fines from the supervisory authorities of the Russian Federation.

So, in order to achieve the goals of the project, the software product "1C:EHS Integrated Industrial Safety of KORP" was introduced, namely five blocks: "Incidents," "Checks," "Events," "Training and Knowledge Testing," "Mobile Checks."

The project team carried out improvements to create a workplace for an occupational safety specialist for incidents. The automated work center assumes the transparency of the entire chain of the business process with control over the creation of all the necessary documents. The algorithm for obtaining/assigning unique employee ID numbers stored in the system has also been improved. In addition, the upload/upload of data on employee training to the Ministry of Labor was finalized, and the possibility of transmitting operational data during a remote on-site check was set up using the Mobile Checks application. In addition, the project team managed to implement NSI and LNA units (Local Regulations) in electronic format with convenient search, as well as automate the formation of various forms of reporting on key indicators in the context of departments, territories and organizations.

Thus, the implementation of the project made it possible to bring accounting into a single information space, minimizing errors, as well as reducing labor costs for performing industrial safety tasks by 70%.

If earlier, making records of training 337 employees in the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Russian Federation took about 4.5 hours, now this operation takes only 10 minutes. In this case, all records are stored in the 1C system and tied to the training protocol. Thus, the operation, which previously took about 5 hours to complete, is performed in a matter of minutes. Thus, the efficiency of the implementation of 1C:EHS Complex Production Safety of KORP is 10 minutes instead of 5 hours, that is, 30 times faster, "commented Sergei Vladimirovich Soldatov, Director of the Information Technology Department at Velesstroy.
