2024: Opening after modernization for 3.5 billion rubles

In mid-August 2024, it became known that on the territory of New Moscow, 17 kilometers from the Moscow Ring Road, the Erino resort opened after a large-scale modernization. The project of financing the reconstruction of the sanatorium in the amount of ₽3,5 billion was implemented by the Bank of ДОМ.РФ as part of the program of concessional lending to tourist infrastructure.

According to Anton Nikitin, Senior Vice President of ДОМ.РФ Bank, the modernization of the Erino sanatorium and the construction of a hotel complex on its territory became the first implemented project financed by the bank under this program.

This is one of the projects that is aimed at preserving the country's existing sanatorium fund with an increase in the class of service to modern high standards, - said Nikitin.

During the modernization in a three-story building with an area of ​ ​ 3.4 thousand square meters. m for 44 rooms and a four-story building with an area of ​ ​ 5.8 thousand square meters. m for 74 numbers, engineering communications were completely updated, floors, windows, elevator equipment were replaced. Also, the developer, the development company Osnova, landscaped an area of ​ ​ 22 hectares, built six new pools and infrastructure elements for recreation and recreation.

According to Oleg Kolchenko, managing partner of Osnova Group of Companies, when the company acquired the sanatorium in 2021, it was in disrepair with almost no landscaping, an outdated number of rooms and has lost its potential in medicine and rehabilitation. Now the occupancy rate of the updated resort "Erino" exceeds 80%.

Senior Vice President of ДОМ.РФ Bank noted that in total the bank has financed 39 tourism infrastructure projects with a total credit limit of ₽164,6 billion in 23 regions of the country. Another 80 similar projects with a total limit of about ₽200 billion are under consideration.^[1]
