GIS PPP - Geographic information system of information support of activity of Plenipotentiaries of the Russian President

The NEOLANT company by request of FSO of the Russian Federation developed the innovation program "GIS PPP" for support of acceptance of management decisions of plenipotentiaries of the Russian President in federal districts.

Main objective of creation of GIS PPP is increase in efficiency of a state administration that means improvement of quality and efficiency of acceptance of management decisions. GIS PPP is intended for information support of solving of tasks of management and preparation of information and analytical materials on different socio-economic indexes of activity of districts and subjects of the Russian Federation.

Project objective – creation of the convenient tool for information support of solving of tasks of management of the federal district and preparation of information and analytical materials on different socio-economic indexes of activity of the federal district.

GIS PPP allows to perform collecting and to visualize indicators of activity of the federal district in different spheres: education, health care, demography, economy, protest activity of the population, political preferences, events of technogenic character and so on.

"The geographic information system of information support of activity of Plenipotentiaries of the Russian President in federal districts" (GIS PPP) is the system intended for representation of information to the management in the visual type facilitated for perception.

Systems capabilities

Functionally GIS PPP represents a system for collecting, processing and visualization of different information types: economic, demographic, socio-political, on transport infrastructure, on natural resources, on an ecological situation, etc.

The GIS PPP system allows:

• organize collection of information from regional administrations, departmental organizations according to the determined monitoring periods for different indicators;
• accumulate information, perform analytical processing and browse data on the different industries and in cuts of districts and regions taking into account the temporary periods;
• automate accomplishment of checks of correctness of data;
• display information to specific users according to their competences and the assigned tasks of a graphic type (charts, diagrams);
• manage information display using touch devices (in the TouchScreen mode).
