2024: Appointment as Minister of Digital Development, Information Technology and Communications, Ryazan Region

On September 3, 2024, at a meeting of the government of the Ryazan region, the new Minister of Digital Development, Information Technologies and Communications was officially presented. He was appointed Maxim Sonikov, who previously headed the regional center of information technologies and specialized education in the field of IT and economics.

Artem Nikitin, Deputy Prime Minister of the Ryazan Region, was the first to write about the appointment of Maxim Sonikov to the post of head of the Ryazan Ministry of Digital Development in his Telegram channel.
